Memory Hacks

I compiled this Literature Review in 2013 in investigate contemporary research on how to improve one's transfer from working memory to long term memory. It was an assignment, but it was also very much for personal interest in how to over-come my own cognitive limitations (I have a terrible memory) and even enhance my brain power.
